Tannie Maria escapes into The Bush, armed with a frying pan, and a huge search begins for Jessie, dead or alive.

It's hard to believe that this episode and the first are from the same show, what a transformation, from light hearted mystery, to exciting, gripping and pacey thriller.

A fabulous end to the first series, an absolutely wonderful climax. I never thought we'd see a crazed, blood soaked killer in such a light hearted series.

I had two burning questions, firstly, would Jessie survive, or was she dead, and secondly what happened back in Scotland, did shd do for her bully of a husband Nicky?

Favourite line ever 'I'm so glad that they didn't cook you,' even at such a tense and serious moment, I laughed out loud.

Candy's exit, that's how you do it.

Wonderful performances all round, every single one of them nailed it.

Roll on series 2, hopefully it's as good as this wonderful first run.
