If you like Phineas and Ferb you'll probably like this show. It's smart and musical at times. It's a great show for the whole family, too. The 12 and 20 year old both loved it in addition to the younger ones.
The show is fast paced, and the easy to consume. Each episode (except the first one) is actually two shows, like the old Looney Toons cartoons. You binge, or not, and it works both ways. Even though the stories are short they still feel completed. Short also means NO FILLER and I can really appreciate that.
The premise of the show leaves a lot of room for all kinds of stories, too. There is a "to do" list of things that have to happen, so anything it possible and the show should be able to stay fresh. I am excited for what they can do.

There is a 14 year old girl named Hayley and her best buddy Scott. A scientist comes from the future and tells them they have to do everything on Younger Hayley's wishlist in order to save the world from an apocolyptic future. From participating in taco contest, or riding every ride at the county fair. They are givin a cute little robot named Beta. He is the sassy mascot charater. They try to make the most of every day similar to a certian pair of stepbrothers who have a pet playtapus who is a secret agent. Hayley is the incredibly smart, ambitious, yet shy one. Scott is the easygoing best friend, who can be ditzy at times. This show is very cute and the gags are funny. You should check it out. The art style is very cute. The characters have 5 fingers and almond shapped eyes.
The show is a lot of fun for both 7 year olds and 40 year olds. There's little exposition before jumping into a lot of revelation from the future, but that's all setup for fun independent episodes.
The animation style is good and the voice acting is great. I'm not sure the agenda behind the hate. My guess, people don't like the warning about climate change. It's barely part of the story, so if your politics get in the way, just pretend there is another reason for her to complete her to do list. Some of these reviews are preposterous. It's one cartoon I actually look forward to watching with my kids.

In the show, Hailey has a sort of bucket list of things shes always wanted to do (and some are slightly unrealistic). At the very beginning she is told by someone from the future that the fate of the world depends on her completing the list. The show does have a large romance plot that closely relates to the main storyline. Season 1 was really enjoyable to watch and was very "adventure-of-the-week," but I think this show definitely has the potential to do a lot more with the sci-fi aspects of the story. I believe this show should get a season 2. (but if it doesn't, it ends on a huge cliffhanger! Viewers beware!!!!!)

Hailey's On It! Is an incredibly fun and entertaining animated comedy-adventure series that captivated me and is sure to captivate audiences of all ages. With its unique premise and engaging characters, this Disney production showcases creativity and humor in every episode.
From the very first scene, it's clear that Hailey's On It is a delightful series. The combination of risk-averse yet resourceful teenager Hailey (Aulii Cravalho) and her futuristic sidekick Beta (Gary Anthony Williams) create a dynamic duo that viewers will instantly connect with. The chemistry between the characters is charming, and their interactions provide a perfect balance of comedy and heart.
The series revolves around Hailey's mission to complete a list of challenging tasks, some of which may seem impractical but ultimately contribute to saving the world. While the overarching storyline is compelling, the show wisely balances it with episodic adventures that allow for individual character development and exploration. Each episode of Hailey's On It introduces a new item from Hailey's list, presenting unique challenges that require her problem-solving skills and resourcefulness. The plotlines are well-crafted, keeping viewers engaged and eager to see how Hailey and Beta navigate each task.
Hailey's On It is a family-friendly series that promotes positive social behavior. The characters treat each other with respect and support, and the show emphasizes the value of teamwork and problem-solving. Hailey's determination serves as positive examples for young viewers, encouraging them to embrace their own abilities and take on difficult tasks. The lead characters, Hailey and Beta, steal the show with their distinct personalities and relatable traits. Hailey's relatability lies in her risk-averse nature, which many viewers will find endearing and familiar. Beta, the AI from the future, adds a delightful futuristic touch to the series, providing both comedic relief and technological prowess. AI has recently become woven into all of our lives and it is great to see Disney jumping on the bandwagon so quickly. The animation in the show is top-notch, with vibrant colors, smooth movements, and detailed backgrounds. The visual aesthetic perfectly complements the adventurous tone of the show, creating an immersive viewing experience.
The underlying message of Hailey's On It centers on the importance of facing challenges head-on, even when they seem daunting.
I give Hailey's On It 5 out of 5 stars and recommend it for ages 5 to 12, plus adults. By Ashleigh C., KIDS FIRST!
