In a motel room, two men, talking. About the prestige of the elder, ambition to become president of United States , about the relation with his wife and his future. About the feelings, hope, truth and honesty of the younger.

The 1950 in USA and the status of homosexual relations. A radical decision for save the marriage and for political interests. A sort of confrontation.

And two notes, flowers and closed door.

Well acted, beautiful crafted, a profound touching story, a portrait of form of desperate hypocrisy and a real good last scene.

Sure, a gay short movie but the meanings of story are more large and its realism is just a great virtue as reflection of near reality.
