From the first screenplay we can know that the girl was being alone and seems to be too bored and worried . She was a Muslim girl especially a very orthodox towards her religious believe and practices .One day when she was alone a stranger knocks her house and asks for a help with a barely wound. She was afraid first and then to respect humanism she helps him to cure the wounds ( she was nurse). The stranger who is the main role asks her about her past. And in her past her husband had died in one week of time. And she is now in iddah( religious practice done for 4 months ). The stranger asks her questions that all against of her beliefs and practices.
Burqa's greatest strength lies in its respectful treatment of all religions, as it raises valid questions about blindly accepted practices. Additionally, the casting and single-location cinematography bring a unique freshness to the film. However, the film's dialogue can at times feel superficial, and the director's style often overshadows the depth of the story. It seems as though the director was more interested in creating aesthetically pleasing visuals than in telling a compelling story, which can make the film feel dull at times. Overall, while Burqa has its flaws, it still manages to provide thought-provoking commentary on religion and society.
We looooved Burqa! It was short, focused, and so powerful; a proof that less is more and quality is better than quantity
DELICIOUS
-So many amazing things to say about Burqa that we don't even know where to start from, it was honestly an abundance of freshness after viewing a number of masala movies lately. We always root for 'less is more' and Burqa was an efficient use of little resources to deliver a dynamic film: there were 4 main characters and 2 locations.
Burqa was captivating due to its solid screenplay that defied the status quo, raised pertinent questions, and increased the suspense
-What should we say to the director, cinematographer, and music composer? THANK YOUUU👏🏾👏🏾
Impeccable work from start to finish, each frame and score were carefully designed to plunge us into the story and gradually build up the momentum so we could know Najma's and Surya's deeper feelings and personalities
-It was a smart choice on the characters' names: Surya (meaning 'sun') was definitely the light that brightened up Najma's darkness and Najma (meaning 'star') was destined to soar high and aspire for greatness in life
-Acting was flawless, Mirnaa was able to convey anger, happiness, and groans behind her veil; kudos to Kalaiyarasan and Suriyanarayanan for depicting courteous and gentle spirits
-Some movies are made to entertain while others to impact and Burqa belongs to the latter category. The dialogues spoke power and encouragement to rise from above subjugation.

Every scene and each and every shot is beautifully done in this movie...I had my doubts to watch this film but I'm glad I did... it will keep you entertained from beginning to the end with shocking surprises! Highly recommend if you love a good thriller. Came here to do my first movie review solely because of how good this movie was..seriously a lot of unexpected events & super suspenseful! Best thriller in a long time. Totally unexpected storyline when I was ready for ghosts and demons. Very good twists and kept you guessing until the very end!. Really very good movie of 2023 . Love this movie really very much.
Often these so-called Directors push their propaganda with no groundwork. When you pick a subject, it's fundamental to talk to subject experts and present facts, not fake news. The worst thing is painting a picture of religion with one/few tiny incidents.
They should try to earn money by directing and producing movies that help society instead of breaking them. Good news reporters should call out these people/films instead of just riding on it for more readership (money in the end).
This half-baked knowledge leads youngsters to hate a group of people or religion in the long run, and I suspect that is the intention of these directors/producers. Reading through the comments below proves that this is what happens when people do not spend 15 minutes reading fact but spends 2-3 hours on propaganda movie and believe that is the truth.
This trend started in the 90s in Tamil and is better explained by Jeeva Today in YouTube if you have that 15 minutes to know the truth.
