    Edit
    • Trivia
Dr. Alfred Brinkerhoff's name is derived from the name of Kevin Martin's childhood pet (Alfred, a goldfish) and the street he grew up on (Brinkerhoff Terrace).
    • Goofs
In the very last scene, Janet (Kat Catanakis) says "I knew you could save us, Doctor!" but her mouth doesn't move. In the take, Kat forgot to say the line, so the voice was added superimposed over the shot with a lot of reverb to give a "she's thinking it" effect.
    • Crazy credits
Kevin Martin is credited as boom operator. Sound was not actually recorded on set, but a microphone is clearly visible in the final shot. It is an intentional visual gag in reference to B-grade science fiction which often features booms in shot.
