This series is really annoying. The idea seemed to be written with the intention of repelling as well as appealing to me. The former as the idea of a "wrong way to use healing magic" felt more personally relevant to me as someone who frequently assumes the position of healer in online games yet still enjoys casting spells as a healer. The latter because the plot is as simple as it gets in terms of isekai: three students-because, of course, they need high school students-are called to a fantasy world in order to save the kingdom; one of them just happens to tag along for the ride but, naturally, ends up with a unique magic that sets him apart from the others.
To put it plainly, this series' writing is subpar. It just didn't know how to exploit what was a straightforward yet fascinating notion past its infancy. It's unfortunate, because the show misses possibilities to produce something great, even when the foundations of something good are there. It skips over some things that ought to be more important and drags out others that aren't worth the time. It's doubly annoying because they built up more of an adventure-focused narrative for an S2 that may never exist, but I truly thought this one would be more worthwhile. It's unfortunate that they haven't given us much of an opportunity to explore this intriguing universe they appear to be creating.

First of all I can't believe that this series has less than 8 ratings because this is really sooo good...10/10 from my side....first of all this is very different isekai anime for sure ...a new taste of isekai for sure ....I can even rate 2 more stars because of 2 characters SUZUNE & CAPTAIN ROSE....what can I say about these two....btw I have never seen the character like CAPTAIN ROSE (you will only know what I wanted to say only if u watch this series)..... captain rose is sooooooo good ad the way she command her troops is just osmmm..... really love the character of this lady don😅.......a highly recommended series for anime lover .....10/10 from my side again and again... hoping for season 2 as 🔜 as possible.
After a lengthy hiatus from anime, I stumbled upon a series where summoned heroes engage in genuine warfare. Each week, I eagerly anticipate new episodes, as they never fail to deliver excitement. Despite having watched around a hundred isekai shows, this one easily secures a spot in my top five. The supporting characters, particularly Rose, exhibit remarkably strong personalities. With season 1 concluding on a high note, I'm hopeful for another installment, as it leaves viewers thoroughly entertained. For those seeking a departure from typical isekai fare, this series is a must-watch. Additionally, the voice actors' performances leave a significant impression, adding to the overall impact of the show.

From start to finish season one has been amazing!!
I personally liked that there was no stereotypical harem or any serious romantic plot (subplot or otherwise). It was filled with personal growth for multiple characters and the art style as well as animation were phenomenal.
I'm seriously hoping a second season gets picked up as there's definitely material enough for at least the one more season (probably more, now I just need to check out the manga)
The premise of being accidentally summoned and then having the rarest form of magic leading to an unusual journey and becoming one of the strongest within your group was a wonderful plot.
