Donald Miller (Phil Silva) has been laid off. His long-term relationship with his vitriolic, ornery girlfriend Susan Diggory (Sarah Farkas) is over. Finding the life he wanted gone, Donald collapses into a single-minded obsession with finding a banana without bruise or blemish. But when Donald's overbearing, struggling artist roommate Marcy Dorris (Sandra Brown), who relies on his friendship (as well as half of the rent) tries to pull him out of his funk, will Donald find the courage to face a life that he can't control? Even an imperfect one?
