Sin Apple

Loved it. A man places a a woman under a spell for her to fall in love with him. What could go wrong? Everything! Exciting film with lots of plot twists and unpredictable fun. I think the actors all did their part and considering this isn't a big budget film it's still done with top notch editing, sound and acting. The script is solid too, didn't drag out and with other films like this i could guess what's next but not this one. Kudos to Kenya Cagle, a film worth watching if your into the horror, thriller genre. A weekend movie to watch with friends and family for sure. Grab some popcorn and enjoy the ride.

It is not often I find myself watching a movie like this and I think wow, this is actually pretty good. It doesn't happen many times per year. So I'm happy and smiling after watching this movie.

Of course it's not perfect. Perfect movies don't exist. The ending was a bit off, it just felt a little rushed. Mabye it wast just me that felt that way but regardless of what it was it's still entertaining and that's all that mattered. If a fast paced thrill seeking film is what your looking for then your in luck. Sin Apple has lots to offer for that folks who love that type of genre. Impressive work to the cast and director.

My eye is valid for hood booger movies from africans on the ave, asians while waiting for a cut, and now Tubi. This passed the test!! But only 1 of them. These types always seem like a fantasy of the creator because they give the male lead all the power and control they lack IRL. Always hilarious! "Sin Apple" has the worst parts of 2 great cities, toxic masculinity, toxic christianity, colorism and far right leaning vibes which is nasty for an all black cast. Highlights: street prophet=future EGOT. Lowlight: everything else. So many questions but these types hate to answer them so I won't ask.

Is a well written movie about the dangers of working in the occult and black magic. The movie takes us through two destinations. Sin City which is Las Vegas. And New York the big apple. Between these two cities we learned that there are demons all around. There is something subtle going on which is threatening those around us. The main character is so in love with the woman that he decides to dabble into black magic in order to win her affections. He is surprised when things go horribly wrong. He realizes that she is in love with someone else. And she is only with him because she cannot help herself because of the spell. The acting is superb. That is why both lead actors won best acting awards from prominent film festivals. The script is fantastic. You will enjoy this piece.

I've seen so many films with similar story-lines but this was different. The actors had real emotions and were passionate in their roles and the plot thankfully had soo many twists and turns it was really hard to guess what would happen next. There were also many moments in the film I was yelling at the screen meaning as you get into the film you really do get invested into the characters. I also think the title of the film was clever and the actress playing Madam Latasha is one talented individual. This film does have potential for even a part two so hopefully we can get that soon. Make it happen please!
