The movie was shown at the Berlin Film Festival this year (I send an update to IMDb) and has an alternate title too. The international title as it is, doesn't really give away much (which I personally like, because you can watch the movie without any prejudice). I can't say what the Korean title says though (it seems to say much more than the international one though).
We have a female lead here, who has to go through some rough times. I won't say more, because I don't want to spoiler anything. A synopsis can be found (if needed) on the Berlinale main site. Just search under the title. But if you like (real-life) Dramas, you won't need to. Just rent the movie (or go to the cinema if it gets a theatrical release) and watch it! It definitely deserves to be seen!
