"For Sale is a delightful blend of fine acting, witty humour and just the right amount of scares. From the start, the story grabs your attention with its intriguing premise and quirky characters, setting the stage for a wild ride of laughs and scares.
The main character's shady business ethics add a layer of hilarity to the narrative, as we watch him navigate a series of dubious deals with a charmingly cavalier attitude. However, when one particularly nefarious business deal backfires, the consequences are swift and severe. The main character's downfall sets off a chain of events that sends him spiralling down a slippery slope, losing not only his girlfriend but also his sense of security and belonging.
As the story unfolds, disbelief in ghosts becomes a central theme, leading to a series of creepy encounters expertly balanced with humour. The scares are moderate but effective, and serve as a perfect complement to the comedic elements of the plot.
While there is a slight lull in the middle of the film, where the pacing momentarily drops, it quickly picks up again and keeps the viewer engaged until the very end. The performances are top-notch, with the cast delivering their lines with impeccable timing and wit.
Overall, For Sale is a film well worth your time. It offers a refreshing blend of humour and horror, with enough twists and turns to keep you entertained from start to finish. So grab your popcorn, dim the lights and prepare for a thoroughly enjoyable viewing experience.

My husband and I just watched this and it kept us entertained. I normally don't watch B movies but this one was funny. The main actor in the film, Andrew Roth, I could see has talent which is why I kept watching the movie. The other actors weren't bad either considering it's a budget movie. But I hope Andrew Roth continues to do other films as he is what held the movie together. I'm going to check out what other movies he has been in too since I thought he looked familiar and was wondering if I've seen him in other things.
The movie is not a masterpiece but if you enjoy comedy/ horror then this is a fun movie .

I can't recall whether I checked the rating for this on IMDB or not prior to watching it, but if I did, I'm glad I ignored it. It's far better than the current 4.9 stars. Some of the acting is rather amateurish, but that only added to my enjoyment of this film. The main characters are very good, and I found a good bit of humor in the script as well as some fairly scary moments. It's not going to give you nightmares, and probably is more in the genre of Beetlejuice (sp?), but I've seen far worse films that were rated higher. I think this was a recommendation from Amazon, and it worked for me. Definitely recommended if you want a horror comedy that's not particularly heavy on either, but is entertaining nonetheless.
It's fun to watch if you are up for a B movie with B movie acting, B movie direction, and B movie budgets. I was in that mood and it was enjoyable. However, by reading the other reviews you would think this is a world class piece of cinema...it is not and if you are expecting that you will be sorely disappointed.
It's very strange how the main character and supporting characters are rarely filmed in frame together. You get the shoulder or arm while the other is talking. It's almost as if the movie was edited together at the end with the actors doing all independent dialogue. With that said, this is not a bad B Movie.

But this was was fantastic. Funny. Scary. Great story line. Likeable characters. Cheesy and corny and a little predictable with unpredictable moments. As soon as you let your guard down from laughing, you was covering your eyes. It was a little long, but I couldn't stop watching. I love these horror comedies!
Probably on the low budget scale but that didn't take away from the movie.
Absolutely fan-tastic!
There was a few jump scares that I hate but nothing bad and it was pretty predictable too so it wasn't anything that you just didn't want to watch, but enough where you squinted your eyes haha.
