Silly Secret Weapon Episode

Something is blowing people up on the desert. It's all top secret so the FBI can't get any information to solve the case. There's this sort of ghost guy who comes and goes, knows things, but can't reveal them. It's all conspiracy theory stuff. People die, but it doesn't seem to be a big deal.

We see that Don still has an issue or pain with his right hand which in the previous episode Friendly Fire (2009) was seen to shake in the aftermath of having to shoot his mentor.
