"Everyday I wake up at a different age in a different year on a different day of my life and it's scaring the hell out of me. I want it to stop." Lovell Milo (Thyne) is trying to figure out what happened with his life. Lately he has been waking up at different ages at different times in his life. One day he will be 24 fall asleep and wake up 8. Wake up at 92 fall asleep and be 20. On top of that he has narcolepsy so he has no control over when he changes. He wakes up one morning and realizes he is engaged and he is really happy, when he wakes up again its a few years later and his wife is dead. He know is trying to do everything he can to stop that from happening. I was very much looking forward to this movie. One of the most original ideas to come out in a while. I was expecting it to be a little like "Memento" but it was original. The acting is OK and the movie is pretty low budget but I really enjoyed this. It gets to the point where you feel for Lovell and every time he falls asleep you feel sorry for him. The way the movie is set up you honestly can't predict what happens next witch is great and really keeps you interested the entire time. The only thing that ruined the movie is the twist at the very end. Movie is going along great and the the last 30 seconds really took all the air out of it and really disappointed me. I would still recommend this but be warned that the ending isn't satisfying. Overall, a very good low budget movie that is worth seeing but had an ending that almost ruined the movie. I give it a B+.
When I first saw it I thought it would be The same fanatic Movies that's just rubbing the whole time travel thing
That I am fed up to it but it actually takes a very humanitarian look on it and I like the end to justify all that with a very realistic look and makes you wonder how to live your life the fullest and be kind to everyone else so The message is loud and clear

Movie suffers from poor cinematography, or at the very least sepia/fuzzy grading makes it look worse than it deserves to be. Probably should be remade or at least just reshot.
Pacing can be slow, but worth watching if you like high concept dramas in the same vein of Groundhog's Day or The Lake House then you'll probably like this. Performances are hit and miss, but I'd imagine that Kurt Kuen manage to attract some decent talent due to his heart breaking film Dear Zachery. Makeup is pretty good too.
Give the movie a shot.

What an incredibly talented writer, director and composer Kurt Kuenne is! The movie really kept me intrigued and the music was just beautiful. I really didn't expect much at all from this obviously low budget sci fi movie, but wow did it deliver. It really did have that feel of 'Its a Wonderful life'! Do yourself a favour and get past the low budget look and watch this gem....
Okay, direct to DVD's are usually unoriginal, badly cast, and have lazy performances. This had none of those problems. It had three actors from the show Bones, which usually is terrible when TV actors do a movie between the break, but they were all enjoyable, especially Ty Thyne. Newcomers like Paula Rhodes were excellent, and I felt like the story was beautiful. Despite bad production values you never want to leave the screen. This captures you in ways most films forget to do: story, characters, humor, heartbreak, and balances them so well. While I don't like most dramas for trying too hard this film never seems to force emotion out of you, you give it freely. My only complaint is the lighting department gave it a strange look, and the cameras were bad. Other than that, the film making is surprisingly spot on, check it out, it's on Netflix.
