The Legend of Glynn Turman

I was excited when I saw that "The Lenend of Glynn Turman" was on my streaming device. After all, I've been following his work for years, as I think he's an incredibly underrated actor...a name most wouldn't recognize. And, as I watched, I was both excited and annoyed. I was excited because Turman himself tells his life story...with no other narration or commentary. I appreciate this and enjoyed listening to Glynn's engaging commentary. But, at the same time, the production values for the film were rock-bottom. The film appeared to have the lowest of production values with poor sound mixing, a strange use of basic computer software and odd choices in the use of stock footage. It's a real shame, as the CONTENT was amazing but the film quality itself was poor to say the least.

You'll notice that despite the terrible production values that I still give the film a 7...and this is a testament Turman himself and his engaging personality.
