Just searching for new content on Amazon Prime and came along with this Gujarati Film Raktbeej. The poster grabbed my attention, & i read the synopsis of the film, which i found INTERESTING. Then i clicked on the trailer to have a glimpse of the film and as a result, it was so intriguing that took me to watch the film. When i started to watch the film, everything was confusing for almost an hour, that where this film is taking me?, but the film was intense and gripping that made me to watch the film further. I was trying to connect the dots but failed to do it, as my prediction were taking wrong turns. But as the film progresses towards the climax, i got all my answers that i was looking in to this content. What a film, I am not a gujarati guy, but the way this film took my attention, i believe this kind of film should be made for the international audience. A highly intellectual concept with gripping story line and power packed performance by all the actors. I am new to gujarati cinema, that is reason, i am not aware about the actors who worked in the film. That helped me strongly, to connect with those actors as a character of the film. I became fan of these actors and will look forward for their work now. Especially the lead actress portraying the character of a famous Indian Author Aadhya Shodhan has performed very well. From portraying a powerful, confident and famous personality to a helpless and feared girl, it was brilliantly done by the actress, she has done a tremendous job. The other actors whose performances i loved the most, are the cafe guy Rudra and the gangster Omkar. The role played by them were to the point. Even i loved the performances by the actor and the actresses that performed the role of Sarjan and sadhna. They both resembles the couple from the film Fifty Shades of Grey. The way they played their role are so perfect that i can feel the pain in their eyes. That line by Sarjan ordering Sadhna to climb on the table and dance and the reaction of sadhna wow.... I literally felt like a doll dancing on a table and she is not able to control herself. Just one word for both the artist hatsoff guys.... After that i felt like it is going to the conclusion now, but the cherry on the cake was about to be served. Here enters a new energy in the name of Urja. What a performance? A special applause to her. She is special because it was a long one shot performance by the actress. I guess it was almost about 7 to 8 minutes long one shot acting with variation of emotions. Even the actors that played the role of sam and k have performed their part very well. Each every character of the film made me believe that they are what they are. I am so much inspired by the climax of the film, that it makes me think that what are the consequences happening to a human mind. This film leaves a very strong message to a human breed. I strongly recommend this film to all the audiences who are looking for a highly intellectual and sensible content. Why Raktbeej is a worth watch? You have to go through the whole film and i am sure you won't regret. Those who want to get entertainment, this is not the film for them. But if you want to experience something new and unique with good sense, this is the film. I also want to praise the cinematography and color theme used for this film, writer who came up with this story. A special praise to the DIRECTOR who very well executed this kind of very tough subject film that too in one single location. Just one word..... Excellent!
