It’s common knowledge that Tom Hiddleston has been a big fish in the entertainment pond for years, thanks to his spellbinding take on Loki, the God of Mischief, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). This British thespian has also graced the screen with a commanding presence, for example, taking on the title role in Coriolanus.

Demi Lovato doesn't have to discuss her sexuality on anyone's terms but her own.
The "Sorry Not Sorry" singer took to Twitter on Wednesday to stand up for herself after fielding some criticism for refusing to disclose her sexuality in a recent interview with PrideSource.
"Just because I'm refuse to label myself for the sake of a headline doesn't mean I'm not going to stand up for what I believe in," the 24-year-old artist explained. "If you're that curious about my sexuality, watch my documentary. But I don't owe anybody anything."

Demi Lovato was spotted at Disneyland this weekend with her friends, but among the familiar members of her squad like Kelsey Kershner, Sirah, Matthew Scott Montgomery, and Tucker Cauble, we couldn't help but notice a new addition. The 25-year-old "Sorry Not Sorry" singer walked hand in hand with Lauren Abedini, who goes by Kittens, while at the park in California. The two had huge smiles on their faces as they enjoyed their time in the happiest place on Earth, and we guess that's why people on Twitter were quick to assume the two were a couple. Neither of them has confirmed or denied anything, but that hasn't stopped Demi's fans from freaking out. Nick Grimshaw says he ignores any stick he gets and doesn't let it bother him.
The X Factor judge told Alan Carr on Chatty Man, airing tonight (October 30), that it's not healthy to worry so much about what everyone thinks.
"It's a constant turnover in the papers, isn't it?" he said. "You could get stressed about it, and I was telling Mason [Noise] that as well, as he has been getting some stick. So I said you can't really live or die by it because it's not real.
"You can't really worry about that because you just kind of have to get on with your life. I think the minute you start thinking someone hates you, or Twitter said that, then you will be a weirdo and you will never leave your house. You will be crazy so you just have to ignore it.
"Everyone gets shit. My dad hates with a passion The Rolling Stones.

Nick Grimshaw has revealed an unlikely close friendship among his X Factor Boys.
The judge told Alan Carr on Chatty Man, which airs tonight (October 30), that Mason Noise and Seann Miley Moore have been getting along famously and enjoying each other's company.
"Where do we start with Seann?" he said. "He keeps a pearl necklace [in his handbag] because he says every man should have one. That is what he said.
"Mason gave him one. Mason is very sweet, and they have a very lovely relationship. I love that Seann and Mason are best friends, because you wouldn't put them two together, would you?
"He's a proper lad, and Seann is Seann, and Mason helps him down the stairs and carries his bag. It is the funniest friendship in town."
Grimmy also defended Mason once again, praising his talent and pointing out that he has apologised for his previous behaviour, when he had...

Nick Grimshaw knew he'd get ''scrutiny'' on 'The X Factor.' The show judge - who is in charge of mentoring the boys' group this year - believes he was prepared for the backlash he received when he joined the ITV programme earlier this summer after he replaced TV favourite Louis Walsh. Speaking on 'Alan Carr: Chatty Man', he said: ''I knew I'd get the scrutiny as Louis Walsh is so loved.'' However, the radio presenter, 31, tries to brush off the hurtful criticism rather than let it get to him and depress him. He added: ''You've got to ignore it. My dad hates...

Who'd have thought. It turns out that Apprentice hard man Claude Littner is actually a nice bloke.
Romesh Ranganathan - a regular on BBC Two's The Apprentice: You're Fired - told Alan Carr on Chatty Man that although he found Lord Sugar's aide terrifying, there's a warmer side to him.
"I did one of the You're Fired shows with him, and he was one of the panel," he said. "And it was frightening being next to him, worrying that he is going to turn and analyse what you are wearing and what you are doing on the show.
"He is intimidating but actually he is a really nice guy.

Alan Carr wants to break America. The 39-year-old comedian has big ambitions to become a household name in the USA but he's terrified no one is going to turn up his first headline gigs that are happening soon in New York City. During an interview with his guest, American comedian Rob Delaney, on 'Alan Carr: Chatty Man' tonight (16.10.15) on Channel 4 the bespectacled chat show host queries his potential popularity on the other side of the Atlantic. Alan said: ''I want to do some stand up in America next year. Actually, I have got some dates booked in New York ... Now...

Catastrophe creators Sharon Horgan and Rob Delaney have weighed in on the show's sex scenes.
The pair admitted that they were "maybe awkward" to shoot the first time, but they find them more straightforward now.
"You're more pre-occupied with who is going to bring you a towel than whether there is a naked man on top of you," Horgan said on Alan Carr: Chatty Man, airing tonight (October 16). "It just gets down to practicalities."
On how the idea of sex scenes was brought up, Delaney commented: "We wanted to show a man and woman under incredible stress, and what's a better way to make people angry and terrified than to introduce sex?
"That is going to make anything worse, so we knew it had to be a part of it."
Horgan - who is always seen wearing a bra - added that there isn't a demand for nudity in a comedy programme.

Gogglebox is pretty epic on a normal night, but throw in some celebrities with our usual favourites and you've got one crazy Nsfw TV show.
In aid of Channel 4's Stand Up To Cancer telethon, that's exactly what we had tonight (October 9) and Twitter was quick to explode with happiness at the presence of one particular celebrity:
1. It's Mr Christian Grey himself - Jamie Dornan. And he isn't keen on Strictly:

Wow! The Last Leg presenter Adam Hills got into the spirit of Channel 4's Stand Up To Cancer telethon by shaving his head.
Viewers were asked to vote on how they would like the show to finish, either with diehard Arsenal fan Alex Brooker wearing a Spurs football shirt, Greg Davies weightlifting Josh Widdicombe or Hills shaving his head.

The poll was announced at the end of the show as 11% for the Spurs shirt, 23% for Greg's weightlifting and an overwhelming 66% voted in favour of Hills going bald.
Quick to pick up the clippers were Brooker and guest Russell Howard, who didn't take long to shear Hills of his thick head of hair.
The impact seemed to dawn on the comedian, who shrieked: "What have I done? What have I done?!"
Thanks for watching...

Gareth Malone hasn't held back in his criticism of Russell Crowe's performance in Les Misérables.
The choirmaster, who fronts The Naked Choir with Gareth Malone, told Alan Carr on Chatty Man that Crowe shouldn't have gone for the part of Javert in the first place.
"Not one of the standout performances, was it?" he said. "I think it is all about context. Why, if you were somebody that doesn't sing, would you put yourself up for a role like that?
"So many people put themselves up for karaoke and choose the wrong songs. If you are in any way connected with singing and somebody goes for one of the Whitneys - you see them on X Factor every week - everyone just goes, 'Oh no'.

All eyes will once again be on the Saturday night ratings battle between Strictly Come Dancing and The X Factor in a few weeks, but Strictly hosts Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly don't care one jot about them.
It probably helps that Strictly normally triumphs over its ITV rivals, but that's by the by.
X Factor vs Strictly Come Dancing 2015: Everything you need to know about the BBC and ITV's ratings battle
Speaking to Alan Carr on tonight's Chatty Man, Claudia and Tess said that they hope to be best buddies with Simon Cowell and friends.
Claudia said: "I can't bear it! I want to be lovely with them. I love Grimmy and Rita. I love them all. They are two such different shows, and that makes me nervous because they might beat us!
"I just don't want to take anything for granted. I don't want there to be a battle.

Simon Cowell will probably regret pranking Amanda Holden, as her method of revenge sounds rather unique (and painful).
Earlier this year, Cowell phoned his fellow Britain's Got Talent judge during the Call or Delete segment of Nick Grimshaw's BBC Radio 1 show, and told her he was going to replace her with Cheryl Fernandez-Versini.
Speaking with fellow guest Grimshaw on tonight's (May 22) Alan Carr: Chatty Man, Holden revealed that she would be getting her own back, but not on the radio.
"I will but not on your show," she said. "I have an idea. You know he has procedures and he has colonics? I'm going to be the person that does it.
"He will be lying on the operating table and I'll be there with a tube to go right up. 'Hello Simon, are you ready for your procedure?' Right up!

Will Mellor has said that he would be interested in hosting Top Gear but has not been approached by producers.
The future of the BBC car show is in doubt after Jeremy Clarkson was axed following an altercation with a producer.
Fellow presenters James May and Richard Hammond have indicated that they will not return to the show without Clarkson.
"I've not been approached for Top Gear," Mellor says on Alan Carr: Chatty Man tonight (May 1).
"Of course I would do it. Anyone would. Driving in fast cars round the world and getting paid- why not?"
He continued: "The truth is there is only one Top Gear and I think that's finished now.
"If they're going to do something else new, of course I would, but no-one has approached me.
"It was in the press that I was the favourite in the bookies for the job but I was as shocked as anyone.

Sarah Hadland has stated that she is keen on the idea of a Miranda film.
Speaking on Alan Carr: Chatty Man tonight (Friday, April 17), the actress believes that the sitcom will continue in some form after it came to an end earlier this year.
"I'm hopeful that we do a film," Hadland said. "There will be something else. Yeah, I'm sure. I think there will be something in the future definitely."
Hadland also recalled how emotional things were on set during the Miranda Hart show's final days.
"I know it's really cheesy, but we really are a close cast so it was really sad," she explained.
"I see her all the time, so I wasn't that sad because I was like, 'I'll see you tomorrow when we go for a coffee'. [But] the last recording was horrific.
"We were all crying - it was horrendous. Really, really sad."
