Denny Hamlin and Bubba Wallace provide an intricate look into the challenges of managing and figure heading a brand new race team in this docuseries, which focuses on Bubba Wallace's challenges to move through the ranks as a black driver in a predominantly southern, white sport.
Wallace's experiences are both captivating and, at times, gut wrenching, specifically when following his journey as an activist during the summer of 2020, and will compel many fans to a new respect for Wallace and his counterparts, while likely also inspiring further hate from opponents of civil rights.
This docuseries gets a 10 for its ability to inspire productive conversation and fascinate with an inside look in North Americas most popular Motorsport.

The ole' boys holding on to this sport like they are their so called "heritage." Great look into a man doing something he loves and has it has made a fan of me. Keep it up bruh.
Much love from the family.

First off the series was well done and organized. I learned a lot of things I did not know. Secondly seeing all the 1star ratings show the importance of documentaries like this.
As an European I was interested in a Nascar docu. This documentary is so much more... a bit too much for my taste.
The non chronological set-up makes it at times difficult to follow. Then you have all the things that are repeated again and again and again and... 3, max 4 episodes would have been sufficiant. If that was the case and they would repeat less stuff I would give it a 9.
But hey, Bubba seems a fine man. I wish he would have gotten a better documentary.

Really interesting insight of what happend during that time period. I'm european and a huge f1 and motogp fan. Not really into nascar. But i stumbled upon this and decide it to give it a go.
After watching it i can only say: its clearly a story that needs to be told.
Some people say its to much to the left. But hey it's nascar they always go left ;)
