The Citizen Kane of The Millennial Generation

Throughout time, many great artists have changed the course of humanity as we know it with the power of their artistic vision. Only when artists are allowed to embrace their own inherent humanity, and present there truest and most authentic selves can true master pieces be chiseled out of the block of marble that is our culture. The Wacky Adventures of Ronald McDonald: The Legend of Grimace Island will stand the test of time alongside classics like The Shining, Citizen Kane, and Emily Blunt's recent Marry Poppins Reboot. I know I marked this review as having no spoilers, but no amount of warning could prepare you for the audio visual delight that is watching our good boy Ronald surfing his good pal Grimace. A feat of modern animation, proving once again that the art of animation has more to offer than simple "cartoons". Each moment kept me on the edge of my seat, tingling with anxious anticipation of what might happen next to our good pal Ronald and friends.

I have gone to great lengths to acquire my own VHS copy of this cinematic marvel. Given the discontinuation of its original production run almost 20 years ago I was forced to spend weekend after fruitless weekend driving to swap meets. I can't count how many sleepless nights I spent refreshing Ebay over and over, praying that maybe today would be the day someone didn't know the true value of this tape.

Please, if someone could just take some time out of their busy day to watch this movie because they read my review that's all I could ever wish for. As another commenter "ihurtmywidgie" said: "Traveling to Grimace Island is a journey within itself."

Ronald, Grimace and all their friends team up to sail away in search of this mysterious island and save the Grimaces and their legendary treasure. Meanwhile, the McNuggets team up with two mischievous pirates who want to steal the Grimace treasure. Will Grimace try to show just have brave he is to stand up to those pirates and save the treasure? Just watch this wacky adventure of Ronald McDonald to find out.

    Self Education

How are there no reviews for this? I am constantly raving about this film to all my friends. A lot of times they don't know what "grimace" even is. I'm like hello, it's the purple dude from McDonalds! Duh! I'm a McDonalds regular, all the employees at my local MickyDs (that's what the cool kids call it) know me by name, so I just cannot fathom how my "friends" don't know who Grimace is. Anyway, this movie is superb. This movie is all about coming to terms with your inner self. Grimace must learn to accept who is he to become acquainted with his family. Traveling to Grimace Island is a journey within itself. If you enjoyed Atlantis, this movie is a must see. You will not be disappointed and will learn a lot about yourself in the process.
