The project was initially meant to be seen as one omnibus film consisting of sixteen short films each running six to ten minutes each. However, once the final submissions were assessed, it turned out to be too long for one sitting so the NCCA National Committee on Cinema decided to split the film into two parts of eight films each with an easily digestible running time of around 80 minutes.
