Dean Cain, shines like an angel in "Little Angels" as his inner light effortlessly guides him through his endearing role as a tender-hearted coach and emotionally evolving human being.
I had the privilege of watching and meeting him earlier in this year, so I can attest his kind, sweet, high-spirited, positive and enchanting personality portrayed in this movie really IS him! So, knowing this makes it that much more fun to watch.
"Little Angels" is such a refreshing, wholesome, extremely funny and brilliantly written movie with the perfect cast. Every scene is meticulously planned. Each actor & actress has such well-thought-out lines, I just couldn't wait to hear who would say what, next.
But, Dean Cain is just so infectous and mesmerizing to watch, for men & women alike. He's such a versatile actor, every roll he's ever played has been nothing short of award-winning, and in this adorable movie, he continues to thrill the audience as a "stunner goal kicker" actor.
Do yourself a favor and be delightfully entertained watching this uplifting, inspiring, human interest flix. It's a definite autoreplay kind of experience for all ages.

...is giving a film an extremely low numerical rating without leaving a written review. There are several ratings of '1' on this film but only one written review. It's not a well written review but I give it a 'D' for effort. As for my review, I ran across this film on the Angel app. I had seen no advertising but I love sports and decided to give it a go. I saw that the average rating was 4 so I was tempted to skip it, but like I said, many low ratings are fake in my opinion - maybe they don't like the star, the writer, the faith-based aspect...who knows. I'm glad I did see it. It was not stellar by any stretch but I found it enchanting and would recommend it to families, particularly those with young girls struggling with confidence. And there were a few nice surprises, like an appearance by Brandy Chastain, and a nonspeaking role for giggles - the lady who chalks the lines on the field, with her two small dogs attached to her machine getting their walks in. And the soccer player parents are hilarious. Both of the coaches make you want to smack them at different times. And the cast of soccer players really looked like they had a good time making this film. So lighten up people and take a chance on this one.
We chose to watch Little Angels as our movie for family night. We laughed out loud more than once. Both my son (12) and daughter (8) were engaged throughout the movie and were drawn to the characters. My son LOVED the "cool" sports cars and would inform me of what kind of car we were looking at. My daughter usually wants to go to bed before we finish a movie if it goes past 7:30, but she was determined to finish Little Angels with us and made it to 8:45!
There is so much to love in this movie for both kids and adults, but it doesn't feel forced for either group to like. It is well written, phenomenally acted, and consistently engaging from start to finish. My son and husband said they rate it a 9.5 because there were a few technical soccer things that were off, but they loved the movie itself. It was nice to watch a movie that showed some less than perfect choices as such, but by the end turned things around without feeling preachy or too over the top cheesy. If you want family friendly entertainment without a political push, this is a great option!

Do not waste your time on this one.
Little Angels is a forgettable film with really bad acting and directing, a predictable plot, and zero originality.
It leans on tired clichés and feels like a Hallmark reject from start to finish.
If you're hoping for something heartfelt or meaningful, look elsewhere.

Good family movie! Such a sweet, funny, and heartwarming film that brings the whole family together. Little Angels is full of charming moments, gentle humor, and touching life lessons that will make you smile from start to finish. We need more movies like this - uplifting, wholesome, and packed with positive values. It's the kind of feel-good story you can enjoy with kids, parents, and grandparents alike... perfect for all ages!
