There's Something in the Silence

When you depend by hearing aids , as me, this short film becomes realistic more than creepy. Because the amplification of sounds is not the most comfortable things.

And this is premise of this real good horror - the lonely woman , the soothing advise of her medic , too busy for a long conversation, the menace , ambiguous but persistent, the reaction of cat.

The end is familiar.

The work of special effects in clash with the minimalism of house decoration represents the key for atmosphere . Like the close ups reminding the Cry by Edvard Munch.

In short, a delicate subject , explored in fair manner.
