Although the dialogue was scripted by the Legend 44 team of Szpak & Fleet, "Zaufanie (Trust)" was shot guerrilla-style over 5 days in Warszawa, grabbing Polish filmmakers and performing artists and recruiting them into the story/performing/shooting process. It was edited long-distance between Szpak and Fleet, via Internet, as she remained in Warszawa and he traveled.
