Steven LeFever met Taylor Harris in 2006 when they were in the rowing team for Orange Coast College. They went to different Universities after and stayed in touch. Steven got into writing and acting as Taylor got into cinematography. Steven met Ian Randolph at Long Beach State in acting class and also formed a strong bond. As Steven moved to Japan, Taylor wanted to make a movie in Tokyo, so they worked on the script for a couple years. Steven chose Ian as the main character, and Ian and Taylor came in April 2016 to make this film.
