Greg Joseph, who plays The Soulless Gunfighter, the nemesis of Bill Engvall's character Wild Bill, years earlier served as a stand up comedy competition judge at San Diego's Improv comedy club and helped give Engvall his first victory in that format. The casting was pure coincidence.
