Very well put together piece of documentation. The research team were hampered ( astonishingly ) by their own country who repeatedly made no attempts to recognise or care for their own citizens ? I had no idea that the other attack in Cambrils had actually happened, by the same terrorist cell ? I can only imagine it was lost in press saturation regards Barcelona ?

NETFLIX DELETE THIS SHOW AND PAY SOMEONE WHO GOT REAL SKILL TO MAKE A DOC SERIES, Poorly done... this doc series is a injustice to the innocent victims who lost life.

Considering the amount of content available, the execution and flow of how they explaining the event and timeline is a mess. Lacks focus, poor graphic or animation god knows what their real intent. Certain times they miss the plot and comes back in the middle. Poorly explained, this is series of how not to explain a simple information with abundant content at hand. Sorry to say after watching this I went from knowing something to nothing and a lot of scattered information. Wrong people trying to make up something for the sake.

This is the worst doc series I ever watched, decided to write a review.

The director "does not take sides, does not preach, does not politicalize" - he simply lays out the facts and allows viewers to draw their own conclusions .

By portraying the perpetrators as "chavales completamente adaptados" (seemingly normal, well-integrated youth), the series underscores the unsettling reality that such radicalization often comes from within.

Heart-wrenching testimonies from survivors, first responders, and even social workers who shared bonds with the attackers add layers of grief, guilt, and moral complexity Built with over 200 hours of footage and around 80 interviews, the series achieves a disciplined, investigative pace faithful to its subject.

People talking over each other in various languages, music inappropriate, jumping back and forth, repetition. I turned off the sound and read subtitles. Fascinating facts so badly presented.
