    Not my favorite

Not sure what I expected. Of course I couldn't tell if the flavors were really Japanese. Guess I have to say it was an intro to Japanese cooking? All I know of Japanese cooking is Benihana which is now an Americanized form of Japanese cooking! This was a difficult topic. Was it to evaluate cooking, baking, themes, ingredients (or some or all) or flavors? Glad GBBOis trying different themes though. Would love to see one on Thai!!

    Japanese Week

Not my favourite themed week, though I understand that after all these years they need to try new variations.

I didn't have a lot of sympathy for the person who went.

    Konnichiwa

Kind of fun for the GBBS to try and branch out in terms of challenges. Fairly successful I think. Well deserved winner.
