You Bet Your Life

I've never watched the show because I can't even watch the commercials cause Jay Leno scares the heck outta me!! He looks sooooo creepy!! When they show his face at the end of the commercial...he looks like a Frankenstein monster!!!

Last season, the home audiences could win points and prizes, which was fun. This season , the new sponsors only offer travel vouchers (who can stand travelling now, with all the cancellations and delays) or on-line gambling. The contestants are still rather funny, but there isn't much incentive to watch. Also, nobody will answer questions, such as " how do I redeem my points". That's beyond annoying and seems to me like weaseling out of their obligations according to the previous rules . I probably won't be in the ranks of viewers, let alone fans, if these bad practices continue. I'm very disappointed .

Jay Leno comedian ,car guy and sidekick kevin. Eubanks ask 2 contestants questions for cash & prizes..it's a half hour. Time waster anyone with half.a brain cell can or should be able to answer the questions..Jay practically gives them the not witty ,clever nor funny. Just a time waster as I said...

I really wanted to like this, but when I noticed that it only recently came out and was already on Tubi, I was suspicious. Who signed off on this yawnfest? Jay and Kevin both seem like they are just going through the motions, as if this is just a tech rehearsal. There's no energy from either of them. Some of the other reviews here are pretty harsh, and I've only watched the first episode at this point, but frankly I'm stunned that this is so boring. The contestants were likeable, thank goodness, but there seems to be no leadership from Jay, and Kevin doesn't seem to have any role at all. If I was in the studio audience, I'd just want to get up and leave.

Having watched the original with Groucho Marx, this version totally has no comedic effect at all. What made the original great was Groucho himself with his classic quips and expressions. I like Jay Leno but this is not his kind of show. I think he is better off doing candid cameos in other shows. Sorry Jay but this version wastes your true talents.
