Almost like watching the ABC's of death but shorter and less interesting. Some stories are cool, some are just the usual and a few bizzare ones that need more explaining. My favorite was the dimensional elevator one. Would have made cool movie I think.
This is a horror anthology series which means each episode is standalone. Apart from the last episode, each of them runs for less than 10 minutes. I think a good story could be told in 10 minutes but in this series, they didn't bother to do one thing - that is to give the background information and the reasons behind the haunting.
I didn't understand why they were killed, why the those things were angry at humans. There were times which humans broke the rules hence bringing the trouble upon themselves.
The acting was okay, but because it is a horror movie, the character's actions sometimes made me question.
All in all, it was okay, but no that okay.

An anthology of eight short (10 minute-ish) supernatural Korean horror flicks, which is right up my alley. Netflix presented this as eight episodes, but it's not laid out like a television series-- really, it's just an anthology horror movie, divided into parts. No connection between stories, no interstitial.
The stories themselves are low on ambience, low on mood building, big instead on, "Here's a ghost, watch it kill somebody." There's plenty of blood and some moderately disturbing violence. Heavy on special effects, which are dodgy at times. In my opinion, the stories improve as they go, with my favorite being the sixth, "Dimension."
Nothing in the way of ambiguity, other than the details elided to fit into the short blocks of running time. For me, that's a minus, but I'm sure there are some for whom it's a plus. Appropriate popcorn fare as long as you don't expect much from it.

Short horror movies, each movie is between 8 to 15 minutes maximum.
It's basically like a trailer, you will not know what is the real story of each movie.
But it's ok to watch and use your imagination.
Short bite-sized horror stories, it only consists of 8 eps with 7-15 mins per episode. Would've loved it a bit more if i knew a bit more about Korean urban legends. Only if the makers could have made an effort to give a a short explanation at the beginning of each episode (as did episode 8), would definitely clarify the plot for the wider audience. It's well done with solid CGI and gory fun. It's heavy on atmosphere and light on explaining itself. For those looking for fast and cheap thrills, this will be a feast. But for arthouse horror fans this might be a disappointing watch. The series is rich in style and atmosphere it has the look and feel of an high budget horror, yet unlike many of those kind that offered style over substance, it has an eerie story to support the murky atmosphere that will draw you in. Add this to your watchlist as a cure for a lazy weekend.
