Very action packed, high competitiveness between the contestants so far and the hosts are engaging and generally seem to enjoy their work
I lik this show. Good competitions and I enjoy watching all things Dodgeball. It's silly but fun. I just wish there was more straight, regular Dodgeball, as most of the episode is the obstacle course. But still fun.
If the thrill of hitting someone with a dodgeball resonates with you, then you might enjoy this show.
In each episode, 8 contestants square off in elimination matches, hoping to be the last person standing, which makes you eligible for the season ending Tournament of Champions and the $25,000 prize.
It's a fast moving show with plenty of action.
In the first and second rounds, competitors run an obstacle course, trying to avoid being hit by balls. Each hit by a red ball counts against you.
The final round is similar to the schoolyard dodgeball everyone is familiar with: two teams square off in an arena. The teams are picked by the remaining two players. But this is not your father's dodgeball. Teams have hidden weapons, gattling guns, bandoliers of balls, and shields at their disposal.
The first two episodes include some good athletes from various backgrounds. And the games look like fun.

The contestants all seemed so arrogant or like bullies that there was no one to root for and completions were boring. The hosts were annoying and need to be replaced. I gave it a shot but I won't be watching episode 2.
The show isn't original, there isn't much humor, most of the people seem boring and nervous.
