In the past months most of us are locked up and have restrictions that are variable per country.
No big events where we could see our friends or hangout and meet new friends that have the same hobby or interest. A lot of the convention also have Entertainment area's where you can buy Autographs or meet your favorite Hero and see them on stage talking about their entertainment careers.
Coolwaters Productions LLC President Derek Maki (and his team) came up with an idea to bring sum of that experience to our home.....InHouse-CON was born. After seeing most of the episodes ( missed 3 myself) I can truly say they are doing a great job in creating a new concept in this not so positive time for us convention lovers. Derek is giving the viewers a warm welcome in his themed background for that week's guests. And then there are the celebrity guest that you normally would see on any given convention around the world. We get a feeling as if we are inside their homes and they're talking directly to us. From time to time the celebs show viewers treasures from their personal archives like special props or other private stuff things that you might have never see on at convention. These are shown to viewers during the InHouse-CON exclusive moments. Viewers can chat among themselves or they can ask a question to the guest in the Q&A section which Derek then asks the guests. The guests seem to have a lot of fun during these shows (you have to watch the shows to see that and experience yourself). And best part is you have a chance to buy an autograph from the guests each week.
Overall the online TV series is a great experience and the celebrity guests seem to enjoy it very much. Derek as a host is humble and knows that fans want to see and hear the guests speak or ask them questions so he gives them enough space for that. It's an escape from this weird situation where we are all put in across the world.
It's always a thrill to hear from celebrities about exclusive behind-the-scenes stories and learn new trivia. The greatest sci-fi classics get a new spin when you can hear right from the pros that brought them to life. InHouse-Con is an awesome blend of actual comic-con panels and fan gatherings with the comfort and convenience of in-house viewing. Great concept!

- TriviaThe host's "set" changes half way through season 1. Mr. Maki would originally "decorate' his set each week with items (collectibles and posters) of that week's guests. Wanting to give the show more production value Mr. Maki changed his set to a more intimate and elegant setting in his living room with nice art pieces and much better lighting and better use of a new microphone.
