Very entertaining

Two sisters: the older is beautiful, but also utterly spoiled and selfish, while the younger - in her first year of high school - is beautiful but sweet and filial. Based on the popular manga, and soon to be made into a feature film, SEIGI NO MIKATA is a funny and engaging drama certain to win over the most cynical at heart.

It's well made, all in all, but lead actress Shida Mirai makes the series all her own, thanks to a dazzling display of reaction shots. Her performance is a perfect complement to the drama's manga roots. The drama has a younger audience in its sights, but if you're willing to enjoy it on its own terms, there's great fun to be had here.
