I'm a fan of boxing and mixed but it's not really about that, the through line is why these people are involved in this sport and that's what is really interesting.
My son loves boxing and I never realised how many benefits there were to "fighting."Why We Fight is an engaging, well-made film giving an in-depth look at the benefits of boxing, training, and confidence-building. This is for anyone who wants to improve in anything. I really enjoyed it.
Why We Fight is a great documentary. With both of my children involved in martial arts, I found the stories that were shared to be very interesting.
This is a well shot and produced doc on the fundamental question of 'why do we fight'. Great mix of characters and fighting disciplines. I am a fan of Boxing, Muay Thai and MMA and it was very interesting to see the responses and comments from the fighters. Throught provoking and worth a watch. I recommend.
An easy "9" from me on this one. I thoroughly loved this gem of an indie film from beginning to end. Bravo to all the talented folks involved with terrific production. I didn't know quite what to expect going into this. But the trailer looked good so I thought, why not. Boy am I glad I did. Not only did I enjoy it but my wife did too. She stayed around from the beginning to the end and that says a lot for her. This one clearly gets a big thumbs up from me!!
