Clearly written for a very young audience, personally I was bored to death, let the franchise end here.
Plainly speaking cats and dogs paws unite is the movie it seems out to be. It has no connection to its superior cousins that came before, apart from a passing mention of mittens and kitty galore. The acting is cheesy as expected. But at least the voice acting is ok and it's always nice seeing real animals have their mouths cgid to talk. In this movie we have Roger the dog and Gwen the cat. For some reason in this film they are friends and not enemies. They work together after an evil cockatoo tries to destroy the friendships of cats and dogs all over the world. The plot is stretched and the outcome is resolved too quickly. But really it's still unjoyable to watch and apart from all the bad the movie is watchable and something the kids will enjoy.
Wow this is just bad. The first movie had much more believable special effects than this. Any time the characters interact with anything around them, they're off screen and you get a show of a obviously fake paw doing all the interacting. The talking effects on their mouth is very blurry as if their faces are being stretched and pulled on a low quality image editor, with no cleanup done after.
Voice acting is also pretty bland, sounds like the voice actors are reading a script with no context on the scene they are reading it for. Plot was average, nothing to write home about.
If you want to watch Cats and Dogs 3, skip it and go watch the original one

A predictable plot with some awkward acting can't be weighed against the quite well-done special effects of the animals talking. Obviously, as stated by others here, humour is a bit lacking in this 3rd episode, but overall they tried their best and gave me and my 9y old son a pleasant afternoon out in these miserable covid days
I prefer the second and the first one than this season. i think this more like short story or TV movie than a movie. it's just a simple story. i thought this movie more cool or great but it's far from what i am expected.
