Such kind of films should not be marked a comedy
It's not a comedy, it's a film about someone's life. I've been in a cinema and heard other spectators. If there's laughter twice over whole of the film ... it's either bad comedy or not a comedy at all.
It's a comedy that brings not outloud laughter but rather smiles as feeling the main character is confiding in you !
The main character lets you in his thoughts and suggests a number of ways the storyline could develop . Quite refreshing.
Man whose girlfriend wants a "pause" in their relationship is then asked to do something he is pretified at the prospect of doing: giving a speech at his sister wedding.
Poor man already has enough in his plate trying to sort out his relationship in "pause" !
So he confides in the viewer what he might or might not do and shows the various scenarios.
Quite an enjoyable movie.

Quite an enjoyable movie.
I am 35 minutes into the film and so far it is a difficult viewing. People who think this is good and funny must be the filmmakers themselves? None of the characters is likable. This is not cinema but unfunny literature/theater. The 3 stars out of 10 are for the crew's courage to finish the shoot.
I almost never laugh with comedies, because the jokes are mostly so obvious. Here the good ones are not. I am giving it a ten, because it made me laugh, also cry a little bit, and also think about my own relationships. All you need from an easy movie. It is a ten for a comedy that makes you at least chuckle many many times.
I had a good time watching this simple comedy in the form of unsaid and criticism of social conventions. I laughed well. I would recommend it. Good one.
