    Funny and somewhat cute

This is not one of the best films to come out of the Philippines, but not an entirely bad one either.

The story of the movie is well-intended, and most of it works out well on the screen. It is essentially a romantic comedy, and got ingredients of both.

The acting, well let's just call it funny. There isn't any feel of seriousness to it, given it is a comedy. And the acting, though mostly over the top, works well to make the movie fun, and you will have some laughs throughout the movie. Especially the little drunk guy, he was hilarious.

Do not take this movie seriously, watch it for what it is; a comedy! I was entertained throughout the movie, but it is not a movie that you will pick up again to watch at a later time. You watch it once and then archive it. This is why I only rate this movie a 5. There are lots of nice comedies from Asia, particularly from Korea. This is a good attempt from the Philippines, but it just doesn't become one of those movie that will go with you for a long time.

This comedy is good for an hour and a half of entertainment. If you haven't seen it already, give it a shot. Who knows, you might just fall in love with it, even though I didn't. But we all have different likes and dislikes...

    JUST ANOTHER bad movie

what i hate about Philippine comedy movies is that they're very predictable. they give everything about the movie on their trailers so there's no point really on watching them. the good stuff or funny moments are already shown so the essence to the movie is already gone. i don't know but they seem to cast people over and over and over and over again. Filipino movies nowadays have no quality, no substance, put a director and comedian plus a sexy leading lady some poor excuse of a script boom you got a movie, and during interview cast and directors says its different this and that crap crap crap they are out there for the suckers to watch them.

i miss the old Filipino movies during the golden decades of Filipino movies 70's thru the 90's. as long as there are Filipino who pays extra it will make money.

Mediocre comedy that merely depends on foolishness to call itself a comedy

Yes I find the movie quite funny, but honestly, it relies on sheer foolishness to make the viewers laugh. I find it a little sorry for the s word-- stupid. Pardon my bluntness but this movie is for anyone with a bad taste. Definitely a shallow and low class comedy.

One thing is for certain-- the movie offers good art direction and costume design. Makeup is also something to praise. However, these do not contribute to a raise in my rating.

Family film? Yes, there's the family there, but it is blurred by overly foolish lines and overly foolish actions. One would focus more on the "comedy" than the "family film value". Yes, the quotes have meaning.

All in all, this movie lacks comic value, and needs to depend on foolishness to call itself a comedy. I don't even know what the title has to do with the story!

Funny because of slapstick; other than that, it's bad

First of all, this is definitely the worst Vhong Navarro solo.

This movie is funny, mainly because of the endless Vhong Navarro slapstick. Pokwang and Mura added silliness to the film, making it more funny, but other than that, the film is shallow and not even that funny at all.

It's laughable because of the stupidness. Valerie Concepcion, who gave a terrific performance in Sinasamba Kita, was incredibly awful; and Makisig Morales did nothing to help the film.

To Star Cinema, the next time you give director Gilbert Perez a movie project, make sure it focus more on the children - that would be a better film than this film.

    I hate to disagree but...

Yes, its true. I rated 10/10. The truth is, we all need to take a breath before jumping at this movie because of it's stupidity. Yes, the story is kind of dumb, but hey. It made me laugh so hard, I swear my stomach exploded. It's like a pinoy Master of Disguise. Stupid, but funny right? Don't dwell on just a movie's cons, but on it's pros. It's a family film for families who want to take a break from the fast paced world to the hilariously corny movies of the Philippines. Laugh at how the corny it is. Laugh at how stupid it is. But also remember through those fits of laughter, that you're actually laughing and having a good time.
