While I was a bit skeptical of how good a live action Loud House movie would be, once I saw it, I was blown away with how much effort went into bringing this cartoon to life in the best possible way.
A Loud House Christmas, while having a predictable and done before story, makes up for it by giving us an all-star cast, great set and prop design, nice songs sprinkled throughout and the same humor and heartwarming feel we expect. And compared to what we have so far, it totally went the extra mile. The casting and set design for the movie are so good, that if Nickelodeon ever decided to do their own live action Loud House series in this style, I would still watch it, because I enjoy it so much.
For Loud House fans, I say this movie is definitely worth it, if only just to see your favorite characters in glorious live action. For new fans, it definitely does a good job introducing the characters and world, while also serving enjoyment. For kids and families just wanting a feel good Christmas movie to watch together, this is definitely the movie for you.
I rate this movie a 9 out of 10. It may have some flaws but it's definitely worth your time.

I remember when the Loud House first aired on Nick in 2016. It was a breath of fresh air for Nick given a steady stream of mediocre shows. However, the series has had a decline in quality with most episodes now being bland and safe. So when I heard about this, I was skeptical, but curious. After watching this movie, I can safely say that this movie this well.... kinda pointless.
I feel that the plot of this movie is underdeveloped. Lincoln wants his entire family home for Christmas. However, his eldest sisters are planning different events while his family is planning to go to Miami. To keep the traditions, Lincoln sabotages all their plans, but goes too far. He then tries to make things right and admits he was in the wrong. While I would have done a few tweaks to Lincoln's story, the writers should have spent more time on other B-plots, especially with Lori's return home.
There were some moments that made me chuckle, but not laugh out loud.
Overall, I feel that this movie could have been a good adaptation of a cartoon. However, I think that it suffers from the seasonal rot of the show. It's something that I probably wouldn't recommend to anyone.

It's pretty obvious that The Loud House has been on decline for a while, but this puts the nail in the coffin. Terrible acting (aside from the dad), jokes that never land, and predictable cliches. I don't know what Nickelodeon was thinking when they decided to make a live action, when that has also been on the decline.
Overall: 3/10.

I really like the Loud House animated show and the Loud House Movie on Netflix, but now we have a Nickelodeon movie called a Loud House Christmas in live action.
The actors looked close enough to the Loud siblings and they acted like how the characters would act in the show.
It does have the Nickelodeon movie feel to it and can be either cringe worthy or weird looking, because it is different than how it is in animation.
I'm not going to say go and see it but I will say give it a chance if you do, they do have accurate things from the show that looks good in live action.
Overall I think it's bad but it's entertainingly bad with similarities to the show, its just another Nickelodeon movie to watch on TV.

Aside from a few bad wigs, this Loud Christmas movie was really good...in the way that the cartoon is good! The sets were amazingly accurate and the child actor who played Lisa was eerily on point! It's comical and fun. Don't critique this as jaded adults, look upon this with the wonderment of a child.
