Holy shit how is this drama so underrated?? It has a fantastic script, characters, actors, soundtrack, filming etc. I really enjoyed this. It's probably one of my favourite sci-fi/crime kdramas. Excellent acting form Yoon Siyoon also. Wooowwwwww. Don't give this one a miss. That's all I can say.
I enjoyed this series more than I expected. The plot is gripping from start to finish. I was constantly wondering what will happen next. Of all the Korean dramas I've watched, able to maintain an atmosphere of suspense with an intricate and interesting plot is rare. Most series seem to lose its suspense or begin to drag on with inconsist story progression or stupid character decision. Train surpringly managed to overcome some of these elements and keep its pace. Though some of the scenerios are very dramatic and is melodramatic, but the mysterious atmosphere kept me glued to the screen.
Overall really enjoyed it as it is very thrilling.

I'm not really a sci-fi fan, so I wasn't expecting much when I started this drama, but I was hooked from the start.
The drama moves smoothly, avoiding many plot holes that most of these dramas fall in, you'd expect you found one and it turns out to be part of the plan or an unexpected plot twist.
I've known Siyoon first from Psychopaths' Diary, so it took me the first 4 episodes to not laugh everytime he has a serious expression, but he's a good actor and did well in this role.
The only part I didn't like much was how rushed the ending felt. They left unexplained bits that don't affect the overall plot, but still made the last 20 minutes feel like the director was saying "You get the idea now, you'll figure it out". Which isn't so bad, it might have dragged a bit otherwise, so all in all, it's one of the best shows with that idea.

The base concept is different. In tunnel it's about time travel, while in Train, it's about traveling between alternate realities. Even so, there are numerous similarities, which you'll recognize if you watch both shows.
Overall, it's a mysterious show that stays interesting throughout.

I really enjoyed this series, the acting and script is first rate... I have enjoyed all the time travel Korean shows but this one is the best, maybe cause it's 12 episodes only... The lead actors are superb and I have watched now about 25 plus Korean dramas and this us definitely near the top with Mr Sunshine, Misaeng, Heachi and Stranger.
Definitely recommended this series
