"House Arrest" 2008 Straight to Video TV-14 1h 34m. I saw this on YouTube, and of course, YouTubers never put any information on their posts. Are you ready for this? There have been 27 things called "House Arrest"! LOL It took 15 minutes to figure out which one it was at Imdb. It's like they never heard of the actors in this movie. // The cinematography is terrible. The music is bad. The photography is amateurish. It is a freshman attempt at writing. The story is dumb. There is no plot, except that DJ, the hero, is a thief, a skirt chaser, a self-proclaimed stud, and dumber'n a post. The acting is terrible. There is no humor in it, whatsoever. It's about as funny as a crutch. And, the accents are so thick, it's impossible to catch what they are saying. // Surprisingly, Noflix has this one, but you can watch it free on YouTube. // The Bushwacker 12/16/2021.

We have church , musical scenes , short chase scenes , jail , life lessons , go get a job lesson , pray, jesus , rappers cars , terrible child actor , dubbed extras , ... It's like watching the Nigerian Oscar winner ! The audio quality is much better than most low budget indie movies , the director tries his best to add some sidekicks & random gags maybe based on his own limited life experiences or watching BET channel ... I felt bad for the polite child actress just like me she couldn't wait till the shoot gets over. I couldn't find out how large the house was but it looks like an open-house clean as hell & everyone has their own church clothes even when they're sleeping ... I think it has to be filmed by some student cameraman who's job is to make local news ads but regardless ALL over it's funny movie since it really isn't ! Thats why I loved it.

Actors first and hopefully last job. I tried using the fast forward button and still could not find an interesting section. There is no plot but an outline of a plot that doesn't have a complete thought in it and the few ideas seemed to be reworked over and over until it was overworked. The budget did not break a piggy bank as there doesn't seem much thought went into the set design. All I can say positive about this movie is that you don't have to watch it now that I have warned you about it. I sure hope the producers who shot this terrible movie made it on a digital camera so that they can reclaim the spaced used....

What kind of movie is this ? It is absolute pain to sit through watching this film. There was not even one scene that was worth mentioning. The acting were amateurish, the storyline non-existent, the soundtracks awfully out of place, and the jokes, well, not funny at all! I am planning to write a letter to the person of authority in penitentiaries to get a copy of this film. And play it to the detainees day and night, and I'm sure pretty soon the detainees would tell you everything that kept secret, with condition that you switch off the TV. Really, it was that bad! What I hate most about this film is that the film crews didn't even attempt to make a decent, watchable film. Please, make a film that's at least watchable, not about some punk blabbing on the camera about something no one understands!
