Only 2.5 episodes in & wow!!

This is perfectly done & should be watched before OJ Made in America or the People vs OJ on Netflix as it is most factual & unbiased. Also, there are so many trial testimonies already that I have never seen and put more things in perspective & not bring in the dramatic interviews or biases that exist in other documentaries. This is the best of the best of any documentary I've seem with OJ and highly recommend it to all.

Eye opening so many years later.

I have a tendency to revisit things I find interesting again and again over the course of years. I hadn't really paid too much attention to the OJ trial in the last several years and only recently became aware of this series, and am I glad I did!

It is, by far, one of the best overall documentaries of the case. It's also very interesting to me how (and I can only speak for myself) differently I see this case now than I did when it originally happened. Then, I was pretty sure that OJ was guilty. After seeing this series, I'm 100% convinced of it. And don't mistake me, this series shows no bias at all. It's a very objective look at the OJ trial and nothing more.

It's much easier now to look at this footage objectively after 25 (now 28) years and take in all of the evidence there was against him. Although the story and the two murders are still horrendous, I don't have as much of an emotional connection to it as I did in 1994-95. And, for me, objectively speaking, the defense steamrolled over the prosecution with innuendo, assumptions, and in some cases, out and out falsehoods.

I will never understand how anyone can look at the blood evidence alone and come to any other conclusion but that he's guilty. It's easy to say things like, "the police planted it," which is a thoughtless and easy conspiracy theory to make, but there would have had to have been FAR too many people involved for it to work, from all the detectives to the criminalists. So, if there's no conspiracy, that leaves the obvious. The case, by the way, is considered unsolved to this day. No other credible suspect has ever emerged.

If you're looking to revisit the OJ Simpson trial, which could very convincingly be called the first "reality show," check this out on the Court TV website where you can stream it. And that's no joke, I firmly believe that without the OJ trial, the glut of reality shows that followed would never have happened like they did. There is even a Kardashian involved in the trial! Only in America.

Blown away, and I didn't even think I'd be interested in this series

When I was in the 7th grade, a teacher came into our classroom to announce that OJ had been found not guilty. None of the students had much of a reaction. We all knew there was a big trial going on, but we just weren't interested. Some famous sports guy on trial for murder isn't nearly as interesting as girls and their growing chests. It didn't hit me until many years later how big this thing was. Teachers don't usually interrupt a class to tell another teacher the status of a court trial.

This is the best documentary I've ever seen. It's hard to compare it to a film like Hoop Dreams or something you'd see on TV about animals, but OJ25 goes so far in depth having new interviews with at least about 15 people. It doesn't overstay its welcome on any topics. After a couple episodes I found myself watching this for 2 straight hours every Sunday night when it aired. They played the previous episode and then the new episode.

The only problem is that the series seems to end abruptly. The last few episodes leave a bit to be desired. This was advertised as a 37 part series if I remember correct and we got 25 episodes. And since the final episode they've never replayed any of the episodes. George Floyd was killed during the run of this series, and maybe that's why they decided to finish it early. Not the right time to hear OJ attorney F. Lee Bailey repeatedly say the n word. But more likely the bigger reason they shut it down is because no one was watching. I've searched a few times but never have found anybody talking about this series on the internet. It's been about a year since the last episode aired and I'm the 11th person to rate it here on IMDB. An easy 10/10. Just a shame about the rude ending.

    Best DOC ever

Unbelievable. I watched this and, like the guy who posted before me said, expected this to be slanted and cram down my throat how "guilty" Simpson is.

Turned out they primarily used court testimony to make this, not just a bunch of interviews of opinionated prosecution plants who just continuously repeat over and over how guilty he was for 4 hours. (i.e. ESPN's Made in America)

For the longest time the mainstream media had me believing it was the jury who didn't understand the DNA evidence in this case but after watching this it's clear that it was the media who didn't understand. During the interviews, multiple media members actually admit it too (unintentionally, of course).

That's just one of many eye openers I had while watching this, and like the poster before me stated, it's clear that the mainstream news outlets chose not to report a lot of the information about this case but you will learn a lot of it in this OJ25 documentary.

It may be 25 episodes but after you're done watching, you'll want to watch it again. 10/10.

A must watch if you're interested in the OJ trial

This is easily the best docuseries I've seen about the OJ trial. It sticks to the facts and isn't slanted like other documentaries. The media has really left out a lot of information about the trial.
