    Saving lives on the Wii

This game is weird for me, because I enjoy it, I think it's fun but it lacks the epicness of first one, on wii had and I think it is because it is a more personal low-down story then the first one.

And I think they got some feedback that the first one was too hard, because this is way more easy, I didn't get stuck as hard as I didn't the first one, is on one hand kind of nice but on the other it's kind of a lit down when I had so much fun knocking my head into a wall in the first one and I even have cramps in my hands at the last boss.

But it's still so a unique experience that only the wii can give, I cannot imagine playing this on PC or another console because of the unique feeling of the wii controller.

But I like the characters in this one. They are more veteran doctors so they have a completely different attitude than in the first game and the main character has a really cool voice and just that tired feeling, tired but cool I enjoyed it.

Let me say it like this, this game feels more like a side game than a sequel and it's fun, I would recommend it if you enjoyed the first one , because it's still a very unique experience, it is good in self, but god damn it still feels like a side game.

    meh

Why the hell is the sound mixing in this game SO AWFUL? Scratch that, in all of the series. Ow my ears.

The characters are ok, same flat cardboard as the rest. Only the mcs retain some sort of personality. Plot is a similar copy and paste job as the past games, with a little bit of difference but does not make any sort of new inventions. Difficulty i've heard is quite hard and that's how the co-op came to be, most likely made for it and does it well. But overall marketing and credits wise the english localization was absolute ass. So much left-out information and confusing character names. They should've just used the japanese credits to cover it all.
