This was supposed to be the first soap opera of the real-life tandem of Patrick Garcia and Jennylyn Mercado. They already shot sequences for the series but Jennylyn became pregnant with Patrick's baby before the show premiered. The casting was changed and they had to re-shoot all the scenes of Jennylyn and Patrick. The roles of Jennylyn and Patrick went to Nadine Samonte and Polo Ravales respectively.
