The Housekeeper

If you waste your time watching this movie after reading the reviews, its your own fault. First, the movie is so dark in many scenes you cant see what is going on. I hate that. I have no clue why so many movies are made like this. You wait and wait for something to start giving a storyline and it does not happen. The movie drags and drags and drags and is very predictable. Denise Richards acting is horrible like another poster stated. I cant believe I wasted my time waiting for something to happen and make me like this movie. Nope, just another attempt at an overrated horror movie along with so many others.

I can't believe I watched this whole movie. After I started it, I figured might as well. Keep going. Not much is explained the acting is terrible and so is the story . Denise Richards is not a good actress and with all the plastic surgery she even talks differently. I feel like I was watching a lifetime movie. The ending is rushed and still left me not sure of what actually happened. I would definitely skip this one. There are a lot of better movies on Tubi so don't waste time on this.

Don't know what else to say, but my review is too short to post. I think the woman who played the housekeeper was the best actor in this film. Really dumb and a disappointing ending.

This movie was awesome I believe it was one of the greatest productions of the year. The way that nothing happened at all until the end credits really kept me on the edge of my seat. Im not going to say to much but the acting in this movie really made me think that it was happening right now. And don't even get me started on the sound the "SUSPENSFUL MUSIC CONTINUES" really helped me understand the message this artwork was getting across. This movie i would say really does show you why tubi is free because everyone should have access to this movie. All in all i would highly recommend best movie I've watched in a while.

Tubi has some interesting titles. This one was interesting.

It kept me wanting to know what was going to happen.

The ending was ok and strange but I liked the film overall for it's atmosphere. It was like a throwback 90s thriller, so it was a sort of tongue and cheek wink and nod at that old genre.

The acting was pretty good. Ilean Almaguer was the best.

Of course Denise Richards was good as well. It's nice to see her in more movies. I hope we see more of her.

Overall, it was an interesting, weird, throwback film, that wasn't perfect but I enjoyed it for what it was. I liked how it was a sort of throwback vibe to the old thrillers. Thumbs up.

I love a good thriller, something that keeps you on edge and makes you feel something inside. I definitely felt that with this film especially when the gears get going and they get going at a good pace.

The deal with the housemaids and the Ash family and their secrets while they run for office and how it all ties together is an intriguing one, that once it all culminates to the surprise at the end it leaves you feeling sick (in a good way)

The ending left me wanting more and I mean that in a good way, it definitely has a satisfying enough conclusion but boy do you want more from these characters, it left me feeling gutted.

I loved seeing Denise Richards and Ilean Almaguer is a fantastic star I wasn't familiar with but would like to see more of her.

Overall go watch, perfect for thriller lovers and people wanting to get introduced to the genre.

Can't wait to see more from Stuart Altman who is director of this picture.
