King of Paper Chasin'

I was so pleased with this movie! It didn't go off track or bore me at all. This should have hit mainstream hard! I was shocked with the twists that had me hanging off my seat, heart pounding, and wanting more. This film gives a look into more than just an Indie artist on the grind. It teaches you lessons in life that most people over look. It opened my eyes to some things around me that I tried to ignore. It was real to life. I've seen many other movies where I could tell it was not so much reality and truth. The writer, and actors won me over. My 62 year old mother even loved it! I tell everyone about this movie. This won't be one of those DVDs that collect dust on a shelf.

i loved every moment of the movie from beginning to end especially "DELL" UGHH SO SEXY but overall a very good movie i think it should get more recognition than it did, it kept me interested it didn't drag, it had action it was was a total package movie for me i would recommend this movie definitely.I was very satisfied with my purchase and it's a film that i could watch over and over again still having the same feeling i had during the first watch. The characters did a very good job "Dell" was the best in my opinion. carter was good also.this film reminded me of a couple of movies all together in one. if you want good acting, with a story thesis that you can relate to because things like this really do happen in real life, and you like action with a little sexual content here and there then this is the movie to purchased i promise you that you will not be deceived by any means.

I received this movie in the mail a few years ago. At that time my company owned movie rental kiosk and I held a portion of responsibility for dictating which movies made it into the kiosk for rent. While I wasn't able to convince my executives that the movie should go into the kiosk - I became an instant fan of this movie and as I began to tell dang near everyone I knew about this flick, it seemed I was behind in times because folks already knew about it, loved it and classed it as a cult fav along with the likes of Belly, Get Rich or Die Trying and State Property to name a few. I look forward to more from the writers, directors and cast...overall - take a watch, you will not be disappointed. This is one you will find yourself watching over and over again.

I was presently surprised by this movie. It was a well done effort on a small budget. It smart enough to keep me interested throughout. The main character was very gripping and came across well as the bad guy that you cheer for. If you like a good gangster thriller I think this will work for you.

Would like to see more from this film maker. La Monte Edwards (writer/director) will have a bright future. Hopefully people will be open minded and take this for what it is. Don't understand what some people expect from indies.

Very excited, I happen to catch this on cable TV and it kept my interest entirely. No Movie is perfect, but I highly recommend as I am going to purchase to support Director and actors alike. 5 Stars from me all day. DL did his thing and so did the other actors, I am not always the biggest fan of the typical gangster/Rapper movies, but this one was a little more realistic than most films of these types. The suspense kept me from switching channels to surf around is a testimony to the good job I think was done on this film. I look forward to seeing more of his work, and if any of these are aspiring actors, Hey I wish them all the best.
