What are lives worth? And where do we draw the line in comparing humans and animals with each other? And if an animal shows aggressive tendencies towards one human ... who's fault is it? These and some other questions are asked and need answers here - maybe you feel the same way.

The movie seems overall normal at first, but you can feel something isn't entirely right. And the moment the pig farm story comes up ... well everything goes downhill from there. With an exhilarating pace that is. The end twist is something I don't like at all. It feels put upon ... but the violent rest before that is rather suspensful to watch - in mostly a good sense.

Nothing in this movie works, they all act horrible, the characters are stupid, what happens makes no sense, they sell it as horror but the suspense is not even achieved, the plot takes too long to appear, it is full of conveniences , you cannot empathize with any character, here you will meet the worst parents in the world, the message they want to give is not specified and the movie ends up being cyclical and boring.

If they are going to keep making movies like this, they better not do anything.

Laughable acting, horrible characters (even the "good ones") you will dislike every non dog moving thing on this movie. Grafic depiction of animal abuse, clearly no writen script, and terrible improvisation by the 6 actors on the movie.

This film belongs to the new generation features showing complex schemes melting psychological dramas and character study, with horror. For instance neighbours becoming friends before everything gets awry, see for instance THE RENTAL, not far from this kind of topic and atmosphere. Not so predictable and usual, with always a good twist at the end. This one makes no exception. I don't understand why so many people don't like this one. Some unbearing scene of animal killing sequence. Maybe the producers should have more focused on the dog owners.

Solid premise, watchable story that was executed well and the 6 actors did a good job.

Unfortunately the last 10 minutes just ruined the whole movie for me.

A great movie is only as good as its ending.

And this ending brought it down a whole 1.2 points
