Great Cool Cat

I really loved it all about this movie was so incredibly great and original it was like watching stand brackets in the modern-day so you know it's it's great ingrates great I cannot explain it it's just a great movie and because of this everybody should see it for their school work they should see so they know exactly how to make the perfect movie. Yes.....

I never watched this

To preface, I've never watched this movie. But I've heard of Cool Cat and Daddy Derek from some YouTube videos.

I was scrolling through IMDb and then I found this movie. After some digging, I found out that Lea Thompson is in this movie. She's one of my favorite actresses from Back to the Future, and was a big part of my childhood along with Michael J Fox and Christopher Lloyd.

I hate this.

This isn't even a film. It's clips of old footage filmed years ago re-appropriated to make a new "film" just to be able to say the there's a new Cool Cat Film out. It wasn't even funny. I miss the OG cool cat voice too.

Complete rat-shit

This is complete crp. The acting, direction, editing, and camerawork are all wrong. The story is barely there, and the dialog sucks. Daddy Derek, please stop making this awful stuff! If you want to watch a good movie, watch 0000: A Shark Odyssey, it's even available for free on the director's YouTube channel.

The short was removed from Derek Savage's YouTube channel only days after it was posted following a copyright strike by Jason Johnson (who plays Cool Cat). Johnson played Cool Cat for the majority of the footage used in the short, but Savage refused to credit him following a falling out between the two of them.

Goofs
This story suppose to take place in the current time, in 2019. However when Cool Cat is driving in his car and is waving to the audience in a parade a poster of Last Resort (2012) is visible behind him, which was running between 2012 and 2013. This is most likely a re-usage of the footage from Cool Cat's appearance at the Hollywood Parade in 2011/2012.

Crazy credits
The "Cool Cat Boogie" song and performance is seen during the first closing credits, only with a different background of Las Vegas. The last closing credits are shown in front of a black screen, still with Cool Cat dancing next to them.
