OK... it's just... bad.

1- the actors are terrible. the only one that acts decently is Demi Lovato! 2- the jokes are not funny... just stupid, predictable, and laim... 3- for everyone that says that the cute boys save the show, let me tell you: they don't. 4- its stereotypical: brunette with glasses, stupid blond, crushes that turn into nothing, stupid teenagers that only care about stupid things... teenagers are NOT like that! why do they keep doing stuff that suggest the opposite? 5- its a show made to fill those 5 minutes that have nothing on... they didn't care about it, they don't even care if people like it...

I don't think Disney channel is doing such a bad work, as people are saying... I mean, in this show, they did a bad work, but, for example, hannah montana and the suit life aren't that bad... i enjoy watching it. I'm not saying that it doesn't have its bad moments, but generally, its good. but still, there should be more shows like phineas and ferb... i Love that show...

Anyway... its not worth 5 minutes, believe in me...

Disney channel is definitely starting to lose its touch. i remember when it was worth watching it, now with all these stupid shows that don't even make sense. the acting is horrible, the jokes are stupid and the actors/actresses are trying too hard. some shows are okay but others are like really stupid, like That's So Raven was an OK show but then they had to go make Cory in the House? what the hell, that was really stupid. NOw they add this crap with terrible actors? At least give them a few acting lessons before letting them act, especially on national television. I think that's a sin against humanity. And you can't tell me "oh, the actors are new, give them a chance." i don't have to besides i went to the same middle and i'm in the same high school as one of the girls, she was in Magnet Drama for three years, and she still can't act even after 3 years, she needs a few lessons, as do all of the other cast members.

They are many reasons why this short should seize production. They're is no need for opening credits for a 4 minute show. Adding a laugh track to a short just does not work, unless it was to make the jokes seem more funnier, which they are not. They're is no way the writers actually intended this show for high-schoolers. The characters are just ditsy people with no creativity put into they're personality. And they actors are not good at all. They say Demi Lavato did not appear in season two because of production for Camp Rock, but I believe she also agreed of its stench. I have slightly lost respect for Disney Channel, and this show makes me glad DVR can allow me to never view it. In summary, the show is cheaply done, has bad actors, and is probably there to fill in 5 minutes.

For some reason, it seems Disney channel is dedicated to dumbing down kids, and this show is no exception. "As the Bell Rings" is a ridiculous 5 minute short show that Disney now puts on when movies or shows end early. It's simply about a group of kids and what they do during passing period at school. The acting is quite bad, and much worse than that is the awful writing. I don't see how any sane kid could find this trash funny, and I actually hope that they take this off an already suffering station. The show's only 5 minutes long, and it amazingly can't even sustain that length. I love Disney animated movies...so maybe they should stick to those.

I LOVE THE SHOW AS THE BELL RINGS! Yes Disney Channel needs to make it from 5 minutes to 30 minutes. Sometimes the show is less than 5 minutes, but either way I love the show!! I think, in my own opinion, that it's hilarious. Plus Toejam (Seth Ginsberg) and Danny (Tony Oller) are super cute! Please support the show and these guys and the others on the show! Some people might think the whole idea of this show is stupid, and shouldn't deserve to be on Disney Channel, but I think that it should be on Disney for a long time! The acting of some of them needs work, but it's good enough don't you think? So please support the show, give it a change, and support the people on the show (plus support Tony Oller and his band!)
