Tiswas Reunited

The show had been in negotiations among the Tiswas stars for around 2 years before it was finally agreed upon. The plan was that if all agreed, they would go ahead. If a single person disagreed, they wouldn't go through with it. The BBC aired 'It Started with Swap Shop' in December 2006, making it appear as though ITV rushed out a copycat idea, despite 'Tiswas Reunited' being conceived back in early 2005.

Around the 18m mark, Chris Tarrant says to Sally James on a studio tour "this is where we spent 302 manic Saturday mornings of our life."

However, this would be inaccurate on several accounts, as not only did Chris not appear in every single episode of the first seven series, but one of them was recorded on a Tuesday. Not only that, but Chris had left before the final series of 31 episodes.

This doesn't take into account the fact that Sally didn't join the show until after 138 episodes had already been made. However, as a brief summation of their shared time for a nostalgia audience, it can be overlooked in context.
