Not annoying like other kids shows but not filled with overly adult themes either. Animation is super cute, the characters are silly but fun. Really enjoyed it and can't wait for more episodes!
This and Chicago Party Aunt are examples that a show like The Mighty B and a character like Bessie Higgenbottom can be done right. The premise is pretty original, the writing has it's moments and the characters are fun to see. All these examples are stuff that Yakkity Yak, Sidekick, Scaredy Squirrel and Bordertown failed to do.
Imagine there was a slot to fill in a bad idea called hbo max, that's a perfect fit, senseless, vapid, checked it out hoping for a Calvin & Hobbes reboot sorta', turns out it ain't worth putting in the recycle bin, waste of bandwidth.
If i were to rate recent tv worst animated series from worst to shouldn't have existed, it would go : that 1, Duncanville, Close enough.
Just ekh, i'd rather let my kids drink mercury than watch these failed attempts @ entertainment.
At first this seems like a dumb silly cartoon. That's because it is one, BUT it's a good and funny dumb silly cartoon. The humor is surprisingly really good, albeit definitely not for everyone, and it's artstyle ain't bad, although the original pilot had a better one in my opinion.
Not a perfect show, but it's not meant to be. It's just supposed to be a nice breather from the more intense Steven Universe, Infinity Train, Mao Mao, or other more story-driven CN shows.

Yes, it can be a little bland sometimes, but it's still a good show. Also, to that one reviewer -- letting your kids drink mercury is awful parenting, enough sid.
Anyways, onto the show. Tig N Seek is about the two expert finders, Tiggy and his pet cat Gweeseek. And that's pretty much all there is to it. It's a simple premise, I'll admit, but it works so well.
The show is aimed at a younger audience than most CN fare. It's not that it's a preschool show or anything, but it's definitely aimed at a younger audience than say, Infinity Train. It even reminds me of Blue's Clues a bit, because it involves a human and his blue animal friend solving mysteries.
It's a very sweet, laidback show. It's not heavy on lore or anything, but at the end of the day, does it have to be? It can be bland sometimes but it's not the worst thing in the world.
