I do enjoy these types of shows. This one is pretty good. It's nice to hear First Responder encounters. However, the production reuses sets and clips like crazy.
It might not be noticable if you only watch one episode a week, but if binge-watching one episode after another it becomes very obvious. The same security officer in the same office...once in the UK and again in North America. The same house in different stories. Even some of the "paranormal expert" commentary is used multiple times. The same hallways, stairwells, and so on.

I enjoy the show and look forward to seeing other episodes. First you have to understand the show and by reading the title alone you should have some clear indication what to expect. Plus the narrative also explains the show.
What I like is that the story is told by the person experiencing it. I feel for those non believers that it would add authenticity if when they speak of having a partner that experienced it that they have some blurb about that persons take on what he/she experienced.
I end with this as to why I rate a 9 out of 10 on my honest review. I am prior Army- Military Police and served honorably. I say this to add character to my review as I have had my own personal paranormal experience while doing enemy prisoner of war training at a camp once actively used as a real detainment camp.
Because of that experience I can honestly attest to the paranormal being real. So if effects have to be used to enhance the story I say so be it so that the unbeliever and grasp the stories behind Paranormal 911.

Most of these stories are pretty ridiculous. In episode 3, there's a "paramedic" named Ceredwyn Alexander telling her ghost encounter. The episode ended saying she was still an EMT and counsels other paramedics after tramatic experiences. I was curious about her unusual name, so I looked it up. She has a website where she offers to do cheesy "Victorian Seances". I couldn't help but laugh. Of course she does. If you want to giggle at the overdramatics, give it a watch. If you want to be scared, choose something else.
I appreciate that this show provides people's last names and locations and appears to be credible. I do not appreciate the producers adding in the "extra" visuals. For example, a guard was watching a dead body all night and he states he saw a white mist coming from the body. Okay. But the producers made the dead body shake and move like crazy AND have the white mist come out at the same time. I am thinking "The witness did NOT state the body was moving at all!". I don't mind them reusing other pieces of dramatizations as long as they do not change the witnesses' actual memories. I like true memories of what happened by honest people.

Great show for those who aren't afraid to admit these things are as real as can be :)
