Okay, to be honest, I didn't care much about the anime arc, since I'm a fan of classic SMG4, but this episode hit the bottom of the barrel with dog dirt. I'll explain, the previous episode tried to make anime parodies like in the previous episode, but all were failed miserably, since it wasn't exactly funny. Now we know that SMG4 couldn't do parody very well, but it seems that he also failed to make a good story too (I know everyone loved the anime arc, but it's just my opinion).
The first time I saw the episode when it released, it caught my attention, since it would even be a good concept for a humor video, forgetting that it was happening an arc, but I'm wrong. It's one of the worst videos made by SMG4, that even the "cringe" word can't define this. It was very poorly executed and the jokes didn't even save the episode, what I saw was "Hey look, guys, I'm weeb, wink." That's not funny, even the weebs couldn't even laugh at something like this.
The episode was clogged of sniffing waifu pillows and watching weeb anime that made the episode get more cringe. Anime has been banned, I know, but anime is not all about waifu and stuff. I'm glad that Lemmy and Francis have come back from Doki Doki Mario Club, but because of the fact that they came back after a year, I didn't care much about them. SMG4's voicelines are fine I guess, but they are too calm for the crazy universe. SMG4 could have stopped using the waifu pillows, since it has 11-year-old boys watching.
Anyway, it was the worst episode of the arc. If you are following the arc, I don't recommend skipping since it have a cliffhanger at the end, but this video is still terrible. This is certainly the worst SMG4 video of all time (not counting the 2012 videos).
