Zero Distance

There's some dumb stuff that they could avoid but overall its a good movie.

I know this is weird but the end is what am looking for when i watch a movie, i get enough from poor endings in most movies even in top Hollywood movies, its true that last 20 minutes running fast but i was shocked and get to know every part in the story.

The non saudis will be confused about some parts.

Overall this is the kind of movies you will stay until Netflix shift to another movie.

To be fair I can't compare such movie with the matured american movie industry hence the movie is absolutely great when compared to other saudis movies..

8/10 for extremely astonishing beginning in Saudi movie industry. I watched it on Netflix tho

I didn't regret spending 75 minutes of my time watching this movie.. Though it could be improved drastically. The casting was selected very well. I believe Abrar (Elham Ali) and Lami (Yaqoub Alfarhan) could perform more better if they got more attention from the wiriter. Moreover, it would be more better if the writer focused on the background of the relationship between Majed and Abrar.. More emotions would support the complicated relationship bewteen them. My only concern is that I didn't get the reason that motivated Lami to revenge aggressively from majed! He could have an issue with the Sheikh but what does that has to do with Majed! Some details are missing! I believe the movie could be longer and better with some spirit.

Overall, I do recommend this one and Departures by the same writer Mfarrej Al-Mejfel, he is talented and his works are worth watching.

Ok the movie is sort of short, probably an hour or so. But overall, the script is well written, very good mix up in the cast and as results outstanding acting .. not your usual ''over- acting'' cast that has dominated the screen for a quite some time.

The Saudis, we are just starting to experience local content with high end production, talented cast, and Hollywood- feel atmosphere. So hands down for the people behind the scene and would love more content in the future.
